Yep, verified it with both the Qt and Human GTK styles. I am running a Dapper upgraded to Edgy system though, maybe some left over cruft is causing the text not to turn white? To be clear: The _text_ of the menu item should change white as per the default kubuntu color scheme, but it stays black.
