be to provide a lineage from who exec'd who, from yelp back to init.
Then you can have a pretty good guess of which package to really file
against. I'm not sure /proc carries that information however.

the laptop, it can do things like setterm and so on. I don't have
nearly as many laptops as Matthew Garrett, who's recently refactored

Could you please attach an Xorg log of the hardy crash? It might be
named something besides /var/log/Xorg.0.log, like Xorg.20.log or
Xorg.0.log.old. They should all contain a runtime date; if you can't
determine which one is the crash just all from that day.

That would either mean that the batteries are failing / underpowered
(rechargables are 1.2 volts while regular alkalines are 1.5 etc), or
there's a bug in your bluetooth adaptor / driver. I'll go ahead and
mark it incomplete, and if anyone else is willing to duplicate the bug
we'll work from there

What have you tried thus far? With my tablet, I have to use:
xsetwacom set stylus Button2 "button 3"
xsetwacom set stylus Button1 "button 1"
You may have to try some variations on that to get what you're after.
Until we've tried that, I'm moving it to questions instead of a bug.

A good start would be to attach Xorg.0.log, but I'm not sure I'll be
able to identify any culprits. It could be the bluetooth packet loss
causing latency. Also try attaching the output of dmesg.

There is a package to install to enable it (wacom-tools). It doesn't
munge xorg.conf though, which some users need.
The options I've seen are:
* Require users to write to xorg.conf themselves. Judging from the bugs, this
is somewhere between annoying and outright unacceptable for wacom users, b
Fingerprint authentication is secure unless part of a two-factor scheme.
Even without compromising an admin user's account, there's often enough
information on say a laptop screen to break a fingerprint auth.
