to my own startup script.

Yes, this still a problem.
I installed the latest upstream kernel and it still doesn't resume
correctly.
The first time I tried it, the caps lock indicator was blinking
(kernel panic) and I couldn't even shut down the laptop by keeping the
power button pressed.

Lockup+reboot happened again today, exactly when I needed to really use a USB
key...
I noticed the following messages after the reboot (in tty1):
udevd[510]: can not read '/etc/udev/rules.d/z80_user.rules' (also present
after normal boot)

mountall: fsck /home[925] terminated
Gnome also suddenly logged me out today while I was using Kate. And I
have absolutely no idea why it happened. Some weird Gnome shortcut to
log out???
I did install usbmount to try to fix the inconsistent usb key mounting
behaviour. Could it have something to do with it? I have no idea...
