Ok, so theres this cpu hogging process update-apt-xapi Bug #1958041
It runs on every boot.
It should run only when opening then muon.
Heres other apps that use this allways on startup running process, but should
run only when thouse apps are opened, if this is installed and cant use
something

driver, wifi working, but still update-initramfs thinks im missing some drivers.

If i missed option to report bug- didnt see or bug was reporting browser not
opening. In Hidden notifications, notifications, if i have bug about browser
that cant open then i need to report bug after i have changed default browser.
I could select error from notifications,

This is not rare issue, and will be more needed, since people will stop
using 32-bit windows and will want to have Ubuntu 18.04 32-bit to work
