yes, this is the plan. eusilsp was removed from Ubuntu just before the noble
release due to misunderstanding, and was then synced again from the plucky.

Thanks for the explanation. EusLisp/jskeus was originally developed
independently of the ROS system, as it was born around the mid-80s.
However, we did not provide a binary release until we joined the PR2/ROS
project. We only provide Makefile and instructions to build from source
