I have installed the final release of ubuntu edgy on a Compaq Presario M2000Z
and the system does not recognize my power button.
The command gnome-power-manager --no-daemon --verbose lets me know that there
is no recognition from g-p-m of the power button but there is one
I removed gnome-power-manager and installed the older, dapper version of
g-p-m on edgy but the bug remained so I assume it's not a g-p-m bug but
something else.
