Pascal, OK, I ran the dpkg-reconfigure. I am sorry to report that nothing seems to have changed. The entire printed image is shifted towards the top, often times cutting off part of the first printed line. Page size is still being reported as 8.0x10.21in. Again, thanks for your time. LayTek
