I'm pretty sure I'm hitting the same bug on a different laptop model.

os: kubunty jaunty i386.
program: firefox 3.10 as well as firefox 3.5 beta 4.
the same problem as above. when trying launch in terminal it shows bus
error. purge doesn't help. creating another profile manager helps some
how - firefox starts but crashes when i try to load any page.
