I got the error message to go away by going to
Edit Preferences Mail Accounts [ select my default mail account ]
'Edit' button 'Defaults' tab
and then setting a folder (ex. 'On This Computer' Sent), clicking OK,
and then re-doing the same thing, but un-setting the folder the second
time
I forgot to add that, for my situation, I'm using a Gmail IMAP account,
so I don't need Evolution to append the sent mails to a 'sent' folder,
it is done automatically by the Gmail servers.

What do we need to do to get this bug going? I tried to do the 'apport-
collect 701679' from comment #4 above, but I get guess the reporter of
the bug needs to do it. Should I file a separate bug? And do we really
need logs to diagnose the problem of this bug? ;)

Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: chromium-browser
I'm not sure if it was a GNOME or an Ubuntu decision, but removing the
ability in the Preferred Applications GNOME capplet to use a
customized command-line to open HTTP URL links in a preferred web
browser in a customized way, _really_

some time, with an error log similar to the one in this bug report.
After the disconnect, I have to power-cycle the drive to get it to show
up again in My Computer. This is on a Lenovo T61 laptop running Ubuntu

This was fixed in http://code.google.com/p/pychess/issues/detail?id=559 but
Debian and Ubuntu don't have the latest package versions in their repos yet.
You can install the latest from here though:

@comment 2: What version of pychess are you using? And exactly what
error output do you get when you try to start pychess? The bug reported
originally was an Alarm clock crash, which is fixed in beta3.
