the motherboard of the computer are being sent to the speakers of the
notebook when audio is not actively be

open a file on an audio CD with Sound Juicer. Locked the CD in the tray
until I went back to login to get it out.

I can confirm. Suffering from the same issue in 9.10 where Palimpsest is
saying my Hitachi HTS541680J9SA00 has many bad sectors. Reallocated
Sector Count. Pops it up every time I restart the computer.
