a phone number should not depend on what your locale setting happened
to be when you dialled it, and especially not on what your locale
setting happened to be at the moment you happened to look at the call

However, some of the current display points for the SIM ID may not have
enough space to do that, particularly the switcher in the Phone and

Sorry I didn't see this bug report until now.
When I designed it, I did not intend the Display language screen to
set both the display language and the regional formats. It was just
implemented that way
This is a UITK bug, because a software update is just one of many
examples where it is not accurate for a progress bar to display a
percentage. Another common example is downloading a Web page: the
browser hardly ever knows ahead of time the total size of the resources
in the page, so it's
FWIW, I'm now getting (justified) complaints from fellow designers that
the collapsible sections make the overall screen needlessly complicated.
Unless installable artwork sets appear in the near future, I may remove
them from the design.
