Binary package hint: krec
I recorded a sound from my microphone using krec with the following
sound-parameters: 44100 Hz, 1 channel, 16 Bit
I saved the sound using the export function in the menu in the .wav and
in the .ogg format.
I was unable to play the sounds with vlc
My VLC 0.8.6 (wxWidgets Interface) crashes in situations which are probably due
to exact the same bug:
1. start playin any mp3-file.
2. open and activate the qualizer.
3. perform some changes in different ferquency-bands with your mouse.
while doing that the program crashes immediately.
I could not fix the problem by reinstalling !
