24.04 has default 0.9.4. Have not seen issue with it

When the issue happens, and if the node has not hung fully and allows me
to do a ssh session, below steps help me to fix the issue
1. Kill multipathd
2. systemctl restart multipathd
3. multipath -F
4. systemctl status multipathd
5. multipath -ll
