I used apport-collect-data on the client workstation, I don't know how useful that is. The print server runs Ubuntu 8.04 and doesn't appear to have the apport-collect tool. However, here is the CUPS error_log on the print server after setting the log level to debug. At 14:50:46 you can see the pri
