Since I kept the kernels 5.4.0-26 & 5.4.0-28 I re-tested again.

button height expands to occupy roughly 1/3 of all available space for
the applet. With 2-6 windows open, the button hight adjust so that all
buttons occupy 1/3 of all available space. With more open windows,

'/opt/Adobe/Reader9/Reader/intellinux/bin/acroread: error while loading
shared libraries: libgdk_pixbuf_xlib-2.0.so.
This is persisting in the 14.04 dailies - setting the default browser to
Chromium via Preferred Applications resets on reboot, and even when
selected some applications do not honour it.

This is problem of driver or firmware or hardware device. I have TL-

I ended up completely formatting my HDD, because the last upgrade f*** up my
system:
- every time I opened a new tab in Terminal of the file explorer it crashed.
- I couldn't make mysql start.
- the system was really unstable.
I lost a day of fixing problems, formatting and installing new Linux
(

Packages from the xorg-edgers PPA also made Gnome Shell crash on my computer
when switching from Windows to Applications "tab".
I also noticed increased memory usage on my computer. In normal circumstances
31% of my system memory (out of 2GB) would be used after an X server reset
(CTRL+ALT+BACKS
After doing some testing on my system, I realized that this problem
occurs if you have xorg-edgers PPA activated. Purging the PPA solves the
problem. This is the list of packages that the xorg-edgers PPA upgrades:

When crossfade between tracks is enabled in Rhythmbox and when there is
a list of flac tracks are played results in Rhythmbox crash. Not only
that, but it crashes the whole Gnome Shell. I have Media player
indicator shell extension installed and I don't know if that is somehow
Try Memtest86+ at startup. I might be wrong, but sounds like faulty RAM
module problem.
