No it actually started with the prior kernel. I have since cleaned all
of the prior kernels from my system.

I'm using Samsung M2625D laser printer - it worked prior to recent
updates but not just keeps the print-job on hold. OS is Ubuntu 32 bit
13.10 and Ubuntu 64 bit 13.10.

Same problem and, like brianbridge, I'm not sure whether I am getting

I decided to solve the problem in a simply way - I took back the printer
and looked for one that is LINUX compatible. The Epson technical support
told me that they recommend a LINUX driver [the one I used] but only
support the Mac and MS ones. They, thus, gave me a good reason to dump
their printe
The re-set button works to clear the status but the problem still
occurs: I can print a single page at a time but it has the page size
wrong and does not produce a letter size output but prints as a 6" by 7"
page. It will not print the second page but prints that the paper size
is incorrect.

I ran apport-collect 635915 using a terminal window and it sent me to
Launchpad login service. I scrolled down to eMail address and entered my
eMail address but it would not let me scroll any further to the password
entry slot. All keys are locked.
