The computer does not block completely. Only annoying apport messages

This bug has occured to me on various other machines, after upgrade from
9.10 to 10.04. It's very annoying, please fix it ASAP.
I've found out that the described behaviour can be corrected by going to
System -> Preferences -> Appearance and, in Visual Effects tab, switch
from ”None” to ”Normal”.

Yes, gnome-keyring-daemon asks for the keyring password - I've entered
my user password - then gwibber works as expected.
