Reverting back to Upstart removed my problem. cups updated successfully
and works fine. Thanks to all for support.

I starting cups via sudo /usr/sbin/cupsd
and it looks like it started, because no errors.
After that:
apt-get download cups
sudo dpkg -i --force-confmiss cups_*.deb
I wrote in my previous post log of dpkg.
Now I move on its place cupsd.conf: "sudo mv cupsd.conf /etc/cups/"
and tryed again "sudo

I tried to follow instructions, but on step
sudo stop cups
sudo start cups
I get error:

I have same problem on amd64 architecture on machine HP 620.
Please, help me, what steps I need to do to add more info about my bug.
