I ran into this issue today. Its caused by android config patches
especially r99494. Problem is that ppc config does not use
config/linux.h instead it only used rs6000/linux.h or rs6000/linux64.h

There must be something else logging to syslog then. FYI, we do alter

OK. At the risk of sounding stupid, but this might help someone else, so
let me first state that sound is working now.
This is one reboot after the last posting. Putting down everything that
I have done:
1. Followed this post to guide me towards kernel compiling to enable OSS
Is this in package upower or is it libimobiledevice seeing that the
crash occurs in the function in /usr/lib/libimobiledevice.so.1? Also,
couldn't find a function of the name in the source code of upower so

to. Then see if the application is mis-behaving
or is designed to just write that frequent. If it can be tuned, tune it
else you might want to remove that faulty application.

bzr preferences window crashes

I am using Ubuntu 10.10. When I try to open the bzr preferences window
from System-Preferences, nothing happens. Accessing it from the
command line (bzr gpreferences) gives the following output.
