relevant entry is HP (there isn't a separate entry for Hewlett-Packard).
The OfficeJet 5600 does not show up when HP is selected.

Can't launc
I'm using Gutsy. The recreate the problem in Gutsy you just need to try
launching KDE4 applications with sudo or kdesu (other apps work fine).
