This also happened to me in the Opacity, Brightness and Saturation
adjustments plugin, where it is even more annoying:
* Open the Opacity, Brightness and Saturation adjustments plugin, this puts
you on the opacity tab
* Go to Window specific settings and press New
* _First_ adjust the Window
Just tried hibernating waking up a couple of times with the 10.04
release (2.6.32-22-generic kernel) and it woke up fine every time.
