Right-clicking on a app launch icon on Kubuntu Intrepid KDE 4.2 and
select Rename. Try to rename icon from something.desktop to
another name, without the .desktop extension doesn't work (on two
different machines).

they have the focus. There is no reponse to a key press in those
apps; I have not tried other apps. Keystrokes are accepted by KDM,
though.
Keyboard is a Logitech wireless USB Model Y-RAJ56A, connected via an
IOGEAR USB KVM (which, as you can read this, obviously works fine in
Hardy).

KDEsudo reports File not found when trying to share printers using the Print
Manager. It was trying to run /usr/share/cups/enable_sharing 1.
Jonathan, as a user that would be fine if the KDE Printing Manager
launched system-config-printer-kde when trying to share a printer. It
would keep backward capability for familiarity. You could even throw up
a message window, stating the deprecation and that system-config-
printer-kde will now
The bug is still there in Hardy beta. Trying to change printer sharing,
using print manager is where kdesudo:Command not found error window
appears.
