[Bug 1514101] [NEW] RapidSVN has no log limit

Public bug reported: Browsing the logs of repositories with thousands of revisions will lock up RapidSVN for several minutes while it fetches and processes the entire log history of a repo. This is a very unpleasant and interrupting experience when I really only want to see the last few changes.
