Ubiquity installer allows encrypting home folder even if /home
There's an upstream ITP but Ubuntu will probably have to maintain its
own version of DNSCrypt, because in Ubuntu it needs an Upstart job and
has to be pre-configured to bind to 127.0.0.2 because 127.0.0.1 is
occupied by dnsmasq. Oh, and you could also include an AppArmor profile
as an added bonus.
It seeems we won't have to patch anything, we just have to add a folder
called "elementary" in /usr/share/notify-osd/icons/ and place our icons
there in a layout similar to the already existing "gnome" and "hicolor"
folders there.

performance on a hypothetical machine with a slow CPU (or low memory
bandwidth) and a really fast storage, but I couldn't find any such
devices on the consumer market.

I got this after attempting to report an "internal system error" in
/usr/bin/skype; that's an i386 package on amd64 system, so looks like
Apport can't link a binary to a package if it's of a foreign
architecture on a multiarch system.
