I'm afraid I didn't make myself clear enough. I'm not talking about the menu's panel icon, I'm talking about the icons of the menu items inside the menu. If you look at the screen shot on the left, you can see that the icons inside the xfce4-menu-plugin (for Settings, Accessories and Development)
