It seems that this is a regression from Utopic.
I just booted a Utopic USB stick, switched on the proprietary driver,
and connected to my wifi network. I then performed 10 suspend/resumes in
sequence (using suspend from the system menu), and they all worked
flawlessly. The kern.log file was

disabled by default), and requires a power cycle to recover.

The failure to boot Ubuntu 15.04 with the F.26 bios was reproduced with
a USB recovery (bypassing any mess the BIOS update did to /boot), and
after checking all the bios settings (there are very, very few things to
twiddle on this model).
With F.24, I am still seeing failures identical to the one

were similar, but could try to capture one with a LiveCD if it will
help. I only had 14.10 on there a few days before upgrading.

updated (which requires a Windows 8.1 machine to unpack the BIOS, and

Hi,
I couldn't find the option setting, (in a bit of a rush right now) but
it does stay on top if playing, not if paused.
I'm using ubuntu 14.04 as it comes i.e. unity and whatever window
manager is standard.

I believe I had the same issue, my M91p would freeze after some random time
from boot, however its not an immediate hang, the mouse cursor goes on a go
slow, then disappears over a few seconds, keyboard and mouse are then totally
unresponsive including ctrl-alt-f1 etc. However I *think* its
