I noticed that this problem actually disapears on Saucy official release CD
image.
Fo me, this problem reappears after an update.
I'm trying to isolate the problematic update.

What happens:
I have solve the problem on my desktop with the following method :
1. apt-get purge monodevelop
2. apt-get autoremove
3. apt-get install monodevelop
I notice that 131/520 dependencies was missing from the previous installation.
I think I had reproduce once time this problem using a package
Confirming the dependencies problem using Apper package manager
No problem using Muon.
Same behaviour on debian testing

Same problem using Amarok 2.2.1 on KDE 4.3.3 (Ubuntu Karmic 9.10)
By scruting input-outputs, the following sequence appears :

seems to resolve the problem I have describe.
