The DVD section in System Preferences Removable Drives and Media
has disappeared in the latest Ubuntu version (8.04) and unchecking the
tickbox or changing the command for cameras or film cameras has no

It seems I have the same bug on a MSI EX600-023.
The brightness changes randomly. This bug doesn't occur if the battery was
unplugged at boot time but comes back when I plug it in. If I unplug the
battery when the computer is on the bug remains. Moreover, the battery is not
managed well. For
