another workaround: kexec :)
with kexec syscall the notebook just reboots!

as i wrote earlier if the system is not in the built in sata disk and the disk
removed, the system reboots.
i found, the problem is when the sata disk handled by the ahci driver.
if the sata disk handled by the ata_generic driver, the system reboots.
so if the system loads ata_generic before
i find out by chance, that if i remove the sata hard disk from my
notebook, then i install intrepid to a 4GB pendrive, it reboots!
