Something weird. When I enter System->Preferences->Keyboard after the crash, the
keyboard-layout is set to Belgium (as I set before I started the installation).
However the keyboard is not set to that layout (instead the guessed layout is
being used). I have to add the proper layout (belgium) and

I can confirm this problem.
I you set the language as English(GB) both spellings are accepted (both
naive and naïve), although naive is automatically converted into naïve.
If you specify English(US), then naïve is marked as a spelling-error.

On my machine it takes about 40 seconds before Ooo can complete the
deletion of the row. So it looks as if Ooo hangs. If you undo the
operation (Ctrl-Z) and then retry to delete the row, it happens almost
instantaneously.
One can easily reproduce this behaviour with only 4 cells

If you go back to version 0.3.7.3-1 of recordMyDesktop, which you can do by
temporarily re-enabling the jaunty repositories in /apt/sources.list and using
aptitude, you will find:

I would like to confirm this bug. It also happens in openoffice for me.
Both for upgrade and clean installation of 9.10 openoffice is scambled
and notify-osd is not displaying any normal information. See attachment.
Since it is in more than one application, i expect something with the

Is there something these folders have in common? E.g. do they have many
files, or files of a specific type? Does it only happen in a certain
view mode? I'm not a nautilus programmer, but I guess such info would
help.

After running sensors-detect In Karmic I get: Found unknown chip with ID 0x8720.
No voltages temps and fan speeds for my motherboard.

I tried to reproduce this bug on another computer running ubuntu 9.04
and nautilus 2.26.2
There, folders are never shown as open. This removes the inconsistency,
but is less user friendly (users can no longer see that the folder is
already open).

If I replace the default compiz application switcher by any other, I
cannot backwards switch between applications using alt+shift+tab any
more.
This may be a bug in another package, but installing simple-ccsm gave me
access to the other switc
