It was not fixed in 6.5.0-26 but it seems solved in 6.5.0-27.

I'm right now using ubuntu 9.04 64bit. I've compiled my custom kernel
(2.6.30), and guess what? hibernate and suspend works! I've also tried
the 32bit jaunty and same, hibernate and suspend works with the custom
compiled kernel 2.6.30.
Am not sure what solved the problem..if it's the new 2.6.30 ke
resume from hibernate & suspend now works for me using kernel 2.6.30, optimized
for my procesor turion 64x2.
I'm using jaunty 64 bit, and tried it also with jaunty 32 bit, and same thing..
kernel 2.6.30 makes hibernate & suspend work.
I'm not quite sure if it's just the kernel 2.6.30 or the fact
i think i haven't told yet that i'm on a 32-bit ubuntu 9.04.
my last ubuntu where hibernate and suspend worked was ubunu 8.04.

mode, or to wake it up.

by the way, i was able to correct the weird artifacts that fills my screen
during restart and hibernate by putting "vga=791" to the boot options. although
it was suggested that i set nvReg_VBios=0 but i can't find the file where to
put that in ubuntu 9.04. found the thread from ubuntu here.
