During a call logcat shows that "handset-mic" is in use:

Hi All,
Finally resolved the Issue.
After i assumed a Bug to be in Package "rfkill" i was disabused by doing a
Bios-Firmware Upgrade on the Lenovo x121e (3045-6RG).
Problems are gone, now this wonderful piece of hardware runs perfectly well.
Upgraded Bios Version from Version 1.07 to 1.09

after checking the xorg logfile again i recognized that the mesa driver
was enabled.
i reinstalled the new fglrx driver (xorg-driver-fglrx and fglrx-kernel-source)
and builded the kernel modules again:
