It happens under particular circumstances that when an application is
launched, its icon appears in the sidebar, but its main window does not

launch it again.

qt3-dev-tools-embedded - this package has gone missing as of 11.10 as
well as 12.04. This package contains the qt3 version of the qvfb
application that is critical for my personal work.
