in my Thinkpad X220i cardreader has id 1180:e823 but it still not work
with kernel 3.0 or 3.1

same problem on my notebook with VX800: xorg crashes when I move or maximize or
drag window with video in any player with Xv output. Xorg with openchrome from
svn trunk crashes too.
Apport can't collect information about crash and I can't attach gdb to Xorg
process: it attaches when I start gdb
there are patch in comments to bug #760743
maybe should mark this bug as duplicate?

I think I have same problem. Netbook is different - Clevo M815P - but it is
based on same platform: Intel Atom N450 + Intel NM10.
When I boot with acpi=off everything ok, but without this parameter system
freeze on boot.
Now I install kernel 2.6.35-22-generic from repository and problem still

841) and even hibernate works fine, but sometimes when I use gimp system
hangs.

i use ubuntu karmic 64-bit version and dosbox 0.73 with default
libsdl1.2debian-pulseaudio.
i just set rates in mixer, sblaster and gus sections to 44100 and set
prebuffer=100 in mixer section.
sound isn't sluttering now.

i just remove all jabber accounts, then update empathy today to
2.28.1.1-0ubuntu1 (it is newer than 2.28.1-1ubuntu1 and it is in
karmic-proposed repository), then add jabber accounts and bug has gone.

It seems empathy add parameter param-register=true to every new jabber
account in config file .mission-control/accounts/accounts.cfg
if i edit this file, this parameter will recover on next launch of empathy.

I found that support of VIA padlock missed in amd64 version of openssl.
In i386 version of ubuntu it works perfect:
$ uname -a
Linux ubuntu 2.6.28-11-generic #42-Ubuntu SMP Fri Apr 17 01:57:59 UTC 2009 i686
GNU/Linux
$ aptitude show openssl
Package: openssl
State: installed
Automatically
