latest indicator-printers 0.1.7+14.04.20140527-0ubuntu1.
After reading above, I did:
apt-get remove --purge indicator-printers
apt-get install indicator-printers
reboot
It's working now.

Bug is still here. This bug breaks the shade toggle. Somewhere between
11.10 and 12.04 someone decided to change gnome-tweak-tool so that it
inserts toggle-shade in
/apps/metacity/general/action_double_click_titlebar. This doesn't work,
the value should be toggle_shade, which then correctly
