To be completely fair, I've installed a second hard drive before upgrading to Intrepid, and some time before that I've added 3rd RAM module (while still on Hardy, no problems then after that). I mean it may be too much power consumption, and one of the hw components complaining. I'll try

I installed language-support-sr, restarted X, but was still not able to find a cyrillic layout. Later I installed language-support-extra-sr, language-pack-sr, language- pack-gnome-sr (why so many?), logged out, restarted X in GDM with Ctrl- Alt-Backspace. Then I was getting an error message
