Public bug reported: I have been using Ubuntu 16.04 LTS for 3 years without problem. A few weeks ago sound suddenly went after an update. If I reinstall the sound comes back. But as soon as updates come in the sound goes. Sound works fine in Windows too. I tried updating to 18.04 LTS - also no sou
