Binary package hint: amarok
If you open a radio station that updates its title (as the song
continues on the next), this change is not reflected in the system tray
icon tooltip.
My guess: is that the tooltip updates on progress wihtin the playlist
entries ... but if the trac
I want to add that this is a very low priority bug report.

after observing further, the tooltip updated, but to the previous name change
... which may give a hint that the tooltip update may be timer-based and hence
can be intended behavior. However, developers should take a look at this

I confirm the tooltip updates, but it is always one name-change late!

find a bug in vlc itself.

After the upgrade from Kubuntu Hardy to Intrepid. My sound card
disappeared from the output devices in System Settings -> Sound
The strange thing is that sound is working and Alsa detects my card
correctly (HDA Intel), however it fails to appear in the System
Settings.

Well I just think the package manager just manages this thing.. I cannot
perceive why I would miss with my packages.
I have another qt residing independently under /opt for the latest kde-
trunk .. but other than that I cannot comprehend this strange behavior,
which supposedly acts on the distro's

Ok now it is not even starting from the terminal. It is not starting at all.

When I turn on the PC the network manager connects fine to my router and
obtains an IP automatically
but when I do a restart, it cannot obtain an IP .. the result appaarent
