Linux on Windows hardware. Before buying any piece of hardware, first

Figured out my problem. The only way to run effects on my system is to
install xserver-xgl, which I did. I know it hasn't been declared stable
yet, but it works. So the problem is in the unclear error message.

After the crash sabayon does not seem to stop running (or at least
something in the background doesn't) even when you exit. Error messages
keep popping up in the terminal window. My gut feeling it has something
