This is a core compiz problem in Natty (not even a problem with the
window-decorator) from what I can tell.
I was using a Natty VM and selectively replaced some components from
Maverick's compiz. Here are the results.

I read it could be related to hyperthreading, but the other system
doesn't have hyperthreading to my knowledge. I am not absolutely sure

When starting qtcreator under the regular Ubuntu user (not anything
weird like root), the projects cannot be compiled due to permission
problems. Other users don't have permission to write to
/usr/lib/qt4/examples so qmake-qt4 cannot create a Makefile. The build

Tora is by default built without Oracle OCI or sqlplus support, but with
PostgreSQL support. Does that answer your question?
The debdiff consists of only a modification to the changelog, so this
package just needs to be rebuilt.
