There are two problems I notice while using the program, I cant use it
full screen and I cant use the ALT button.
Because then Ubuntu starts with a command screen.
If I cant use the ALT button in the program its difficult.

Hi Sergio,
I removed the folder of the program ( I don’t know if this is the way to
de-install).
After that I did install of the program again which still gives the same
error.
Then I did apport-collect 1069510, after that the message appear "No
additional Information Collected"

gather debugging information and attach it to the bug report.
Can you try again, in a terminal, to run:
apport-collect BUGNUMBER
where BUGNUMBER is your bug number report ?

Fred, I'm not really sure where to go with your bug. I just saw the
libgl errors and wanted to rule out obvious issues with your graphics
drivers. Hopefully, someone will have more ideas than I did...
