Hi,
I'm facing the exactly same problem with Fedora 16 dist. After an update
from kernel 3.4.9-2 to 3.6.2-1 this issue started to happen. Basically
my ACPI module is not loaded. so my laptop cannot suspend either.
My logs from kernel 3.6.2-1 :
[ 28.649495] BUG: unable to handle kernel paging
I can't find either debian and debian.master:
[...]
#git log --oneline Ubuntu-3.4.0-5.11..Ubuntu-3.5.0-1.1
(see attached file)
#git bisect start Ubuntu-3.5.0-1.1 Ubuntu-3.4.0-5.11
Previous HEAD position was 76e10d1... Linux 3.4
Switched to branch 'mybisect'
Bisecting: a merge base must be tested
Maurs, thank you for bisecting Ubuntu kernel versions. The next step is
commit bisecting Ubuntu kernel versions from 3.4.0-5.11 to 3.5.0-1.1.
Could you please do this following

?
Thank you for your understanding
