It's the same in French with Trusty.
String 45 is not translated in Ubuntu because the last sentence is different.

Strange, the translation exists on launchpad [1] for pt_BR locale for
quite some time (reviewed on 2010-04-09), so don't really know what
could be wrong, will have to be checked by someone else too.
