Try 'gnome-wm' and it works. Border comes back. But terminal shows
this (term1.png)
Below is .xsession-errors:-
/etc/gdm/PreSession/Default: Registering your session with wtmp and utmp
/etc/gdm/PreSession/Default: running: /usr/X11R6/bin/sessreg -a -w
/var/log/wtmp -u /var/run/utmp -x
Sorry. As I am skeptic, so try reboot. I guess that my session didn't
find the wm. So I had to type 'gnome-wm' terminal. Also when session
starts, it always open /home in file browser (See the whole background
of term_new.png).

Can you check that a process called nautilus is running? If there is no
such programm, try to start it manually. Do the icons/right click menu
come back?

After restarting and relogging in, miraculously (without doing
anything), the icon/right click menu came back. I also noticed that
while I logged on to GNOME, the word Nautilus floated for several
seconds.
But strange things keep coming up. Window borders were gone. I can't
move them.

DId you try to enable desktop effects?
Please run the command 'gnome-wm' and see if this brings your
windowborders back. Can you also attach the file .xsession-errors, which
is in your home directory? Thanks.
