Ok I tried removing splash and quiet and got to loading a bit further. It loads
100% of Linux Kernel and then freeze at "Loading /casper/initrd.gz" and there
are no error messages.
But strangely if i leave the boot options there it (sometimes) proceed to 24 %.
What does the two dashes(--) at the

Could you please try to boot with quiet and splash off to see if any
information that may be helpful comes up while loading? When the LiveCD
Menu loads, press "Other Options" (I believe F6) remove "quiet" and
"splash" from
