When you add the first insert (from OOo) you have an error Cursor state

I have been using the sun-java6-jre. I'll see if there is a problem

I had pretty good luck with mysql and an odbc connection to open office
on the same machine with a 32 bit installation of gutsy, but never did
manage to get the odbc connection to work with a 64 bit gutsy. I have
begun an experiment with open office, sdbc, and postgres in the 64 bit

Bugs,
I also am running amd64 and have the same package version. This problem
is affecting me also. The work-around suggested by Sornen fixed me up
for now.
