mouse) and then open a terminal (use Control-Alt-T) and in the terminal
type:
dmesg dmesg.log

I was asked to test the latest kernel. I installed this:
3.9.0-999-generic (#201304090434 SMP Tue Apr 9 08:36:01 UTC 2013)
I was asked to add a tag kernel-bug-exists-upstream. I don't know how
to add a tag. The problem with the firmware bug persists following
the switch to 3.9.0

I got 3.9.0 on the box. The firmware bug messages still appear following
sleep with the new kernel version.
