Hi,
I installed UG 13.10 on a new computer some days ago and I've faced again this
bad order. When I was offered to connect my wifi network, as the keyboard
layout was not set to my language and my password does contain tricky
characters, it was nearly impossible to properly connect to the

I understand your concerns. At the moment ubiquity does have a keyboard
layout bug on every page of the installer, when user input is required.
It is possible to set / change keyboard layout via indicator (or
I have marked this as 'Opinion' for now. That can be changed in case
more users think this is a real bug.
By the way, this does not affect a specific flavour, this affects all
Ubuntu Flavours as long as all are using Ubiquity :)
