Even though I've closed this bug, I had a thought.
I could add `system-image-cli --switch trusty` which would be exactly
equivalent to `system-image-cli --channel trusty --build 0`. It would
be just a convenience option. It would save you a few characters, but
more importantly, it would make

I'm updating the manpage and s-i-cli --help to make it clearer that you
have to use -c and -b 0 to switch channels.
