We've added several keyboard shortcuts with the 1.8 release of lightdm-
gtk-greeter (available in 14.04). The new shortcuts include...
Alt+F4 — shut down dialog
F9 — session menu
F10 — language menu
F11 — accessibility menu
F12 — power menu

Sorry again: I got confused and I wrote "lubuntu" where I meant to say
"xubuntu".
My system is xubuntu 13.10, with near-default config (with just the
addition of "greeter-hide-users" in lightdm.conf). See my config files
below.

Apologies, I did not know the keyboard accessability was a matter of the
greeter and not lightdm itself.I am not using unity-greeter, because I am
using Lubuntu (13.10).
I should probably close this bug and open a new bug in the lubuntu launchpad
instead.
